Excellent customer service!!
I had Joe out on December 27th 2018 to install a new water signer that he provided. I had never had a water softener before and have assumed after all this time that it had been installed properly. I had a plumber out today for a different issue with a valve and while looking at my softener, it had been installed completely wrong and had never been working since the day I had it installed! The service was amazing!! The technician(Joe) knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done in a timely manner.
Joe is simply the best!
He unclogged my A/C drain. Had to chip away the concrete because the cleanout plug was buried. But he left the linoleum in tact, so it doesn't look that bad. And he put a new plug in place for next time. Going to recommend him to my neighbors.
