Michelle was a real pleasure to work with. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find it. She did a great job with the negotiation. I found myself in a bidding war for the house that I wanted and she was able to guide me through the process and we won! I had a very positive experience with Ms. Cole. A colleague of mine recommended her to me based off of her own experience during the previous year. I lived out of town at the time and wasn't sure where to start with my research. Michelle showed us lots of houses until I was happy with one. She could always tell when I didn't like a home and was like okay let's keep going until we find what you like. Michelle was always there to answer the questions I had.
