Jason is awesome!! He really made the whole process of selling my house easy. When I contacted Jason, I told him I just wanted to get rid of the house, he convinced me to list it and he was right. We had an offer the very first day and we were able to sell it for over asking price. If we need to buy or sell a house again, will be using Jason!

Michelle Cole is the best, I admit we are not the easiest couple to deal with but she made us both happy she is professional, understanding, knowledgeable, patient with wonderful attention to detail. When I was discouraged she cheered me up. She shared my enthusiasm when we found the house and went to battle for us during the negotiations. I am not the most organized or punctual person but Michelle held my hand and kept me on tract with the lender. I would, and already have, recommend her to friends and family.

Michelle made the whole process very easy on us, even when we had to stop looking for four months, threre was no pestering calls or emails . She was easy to get ahold of, and answered any and all questons that came up.. when the time comes to buy again i will definately call her again. And recomend her to anyone that is looking.. I found Michelle to be very professional in all aspects of initially finding homes for us to review and was very good at understanding what I was looking for in a home. When it came to negotiating the deal she was very prepared in providing background information so I could make the right level of offer for the house I wanted to buy.
