At one time it was a great shop to work for now it's falling apart there superintendent has no experience on speaking to the workers workers are leaving to other shops for that reason it's lost it's values and respect I hope one day owners can open there eyes and get more involved in there business now it's just not a good place to work needs different leadership someone that knows how to work with people
