Grace Adams did my extensions even though my hair couldn’t withstand them. She was so negligent that she nearly ripped every single hair out of head and kept re-installing the wefts even though I was losing hair. I am now nearly bald and will require a wig to cover up what she did. She refused to grant me any form of refund even when I told her the money would go towards a wig.
