June 2024 Okay, well it's not letting me do a new review, so I'll just add to my previous one from last June. Katie continues to be awesome (I only get my brows done once a year before vacation). She is so friendly and professional. I plan to see her again in a year. Frankfort is lucky to have her. :) June 2023 I just had an appointment here to have my brows waxed/tinted. Didn't do my eyebrows like I wanted them to she asked me if I liked them and I said that I didn't and that I wanted some more taken off both sides and she kept saying are you sure yes I know what I like and she kept saying it over and over and I just left un happy with my service and I tipped her $11 bucks anyhow but I won't go back to it ever again because of her or I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else to go there either

Had the best first experience of getting my eyebrows done here. I was very nervous going in but Katlyn Akers made me feel very comfortable during the entire procedure. Extremely professional, very kind, clearly knows what they are doing, very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially any guys nervous about doing their eyebrows.
