My orthopedic doctor recommended an Ossur Unloader knee brace after I tore my meniscus playing pickleball. (I also have arthritis in my knee.) He warned me not to buy the product online, but to seek a professional that could fit me properly. J.C. Orthopedic (Brick) was listed as an Ossur Unloader supplier on the Ossur America website. Staff pleasant & caring . Dealt Annette several times. Very accomadating was fitted incorrect by Orthopedic M.D needed a pediatric brace for leg. Doctor didn't seem to care stated go an orthopedic to be custom fit. The error was the M.D.I told him I used a Pediatric walker for another. instance End result laid out of pocket for fitted brace. I am a senior on a limited income had no choice lay out pocket $340. All i can is do an appeal Medicare will only pay for one
