There are several complaints I have regarding this company: 1. You will never be able to speak to a professional when you contact this company. Instead, you get transferred to a call center. So you call someone who has no idea who you are or anything about septic services and they aren't able to so much as book an appointment for a standard cleaning without having to call the owner and call you back. After spending 6 weeks calling all the best names in the business and either not getting a call back or being told they couldn't do it because of the steep grade to the septic tank- J.C. Nota promptly responded and had no problem doing the job! I'm relieved to know I can count on them from now on. Thanks
