They do a great job as far as the nails... but they will overcharge you if they think that you are not a regular and you don't know the prices... they also don't have their updated prices listed anywhere... I have been coming here for about 3 years now and I get the same nails every time in same length but the price never seems to be the same... I'm ready to find a new place to go because this is very disappointing
Poor customer service
I really like Cindy's work; this is my third time with her and my feet look beautiful.
They are absolutely rude. I went there to get ONE nail fixed and they acted like they were "mad" at me for that. The guy started talking to me about how "white people" don't do nails correctly in Sugarland. I thought that was a very racist thing to say and it completely threw me off guard. He was frowning the whole time and had an attitude. Even when I tried to lighten the mood. I was only there because my own nail lady was out of town. I won't be going back. Ever!
