Terrible service! Girl threw the cookie on the counter and it crumbled. No greeting, no thank you , no anything. Acted like we were bothering her. I asked her name and she said, "I don't have to tell you". True.....I can probably guess here name...but it wouldn't be appropriate to say it here. You would think we were getting our 1 pound of beans, 2 coffee drinks, cookie and food for free. Nope we were spending about $35 bucks and yesterday the same. Thanks for saving us money! We won't be returning.

I am a coffee snob. When I travel I usually resort to Red Bull spritzers because you cannot mess that up. J. C. Bean Coffee House is amazing. The coffee is smooth and strong just the way I like it. The breakfast burrito is delicious and so filling. Thanks for making my 5 days stay in Dana Point just a little better than I had expected. The friendly staff will be the hardest to beat anywhere.

Went there with my family at 750 pm tonight. We didn’t know that it closed at 8 but either way you are supposed to be open and instead your employee walked the opposite direction from us and stayed in the back for several minutes while we stood at the counter. He finally returned to tell us the store was closed. Very disappointing...we try to patronize local small businesses. We’re at the Starbucks next door now and the staff here is extremely friendly

I had the Organic House Blend. Was the smoothest cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I came back the next morning to get the same. If I lived there I would be a regular. Great coffee and easy laid back vibe.
