I had the veins on my right hand treated in fall of 2014. I was told the fee would be $750 and if there were "extensive" touch-ups on follow-up visit then possibly an additional $250. The veins that were treated responded beautifully. On the follow-up visit Dr. Agostini injected one more small vein (less than an inch) that he had not injected at the initial treatment. I've had bulging, uncomfortable varicose veins most of my adult life. I had itching and even bleeding from the veins on my shins and ankles.
