Went on a Saturday at 330 pm. 2 tables occupied. Ordered appetizer that we never got, when hostess realized it they comped it but it was onion tangles and what we got was bits and pieces. The food was cold and the service was terrible. Never going back.
Enjoyed the food. N the service was friendly, will definitely be back.
Food is a notch above JP Looneys but still not good. Service is very slow. Wait staff is very nice but I don't think they have enough help.
Arrived at around 8:15 on Tuesday. The restaurant was maybe 25% full. It still took 45 minutes to get 4 burgers. I think I will go to Angela's from now on for Tuesday half price burger night.
The J Butler's in Kernersville has really stepped up its game. Great service, nicely updated menu, and a great eating environment complete with multiple TVs and plenty of room. The food was prepared to order and exceeded expectations. The Texan sandwich was top notch. Even my picky 7 year old enjoyed her meal. We'll be back soon.
