Fabulous! The response time for questions and/or issues is amazing. J Butler goes the extra mile and seems to actually take pride in management. Having worked with quite a few management companies, J Butler stands out. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have worked with them for about 4 years, and in those 4 years they have been responsive any time I have emailed or called their office. We have had a few major fixes/issues that they were able to help out with.

Terrible company to do business with. It is now going on a month and they sent me a letter saying that they sent my security deposit to the owner of the property. A MONTH LATER. MA law states that they have a month to get the security deposit to me, they are now late. Terrible company. Watch out!

The worst property company I've ever dealt with. I understand this is there job, but ultimately the people who the rent to are the customers and they do not treat you like one. They will nickle and dime every last penny out of you. Don't expect your security deposit back. They will even go as far as to hire landscapers without telling you and then charge you for them when you agreed to do your own landscaping. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. they do not care about anything except money
