RecommendedI been doing business with this company for many many years. I refuse to go anywhere else. I bought two tractors from them threw the years at a very fair price. The service was always first class. This year my brother and myself bought snowblowers they were delivered set up and explained how to use them to a tee. The staff and the owner are great people. I have always recommended them to friends and family and everybody enjoyed the product and service. They get a five star plus in my book.
They did $2300.00+ repairs on my CC GT3200. Charging me for some repairs not done, parts not replace. They took a short cut to replace a coil (instead of removing the engine, the mechanic cut the cooling air duct), and forgot to reinstall the cooling duct completely to the air inlet to the engine. Resulting in grass plugging the cooling fan screen, causing the engine to over heat and seize. He told me that "I must have cut the duct" for some reason. Then he asked I wanted him to order a new duct ? $15.00+.
