Not impressed for our first time. Went to Ocean 234 the night before and absolutely loved my meal and the service. Got teriyaki steak at JBs. Didn’t taste flavored at all bit wasn’t too bad. Horrible tasting rice. Bad service. Won’t return.
My husband and I always have fun at this place. We also love the view!!!
It's a fun place on the ocean. But service was not good. Seemed like the staff had an attitude. Food was ok.

We have a wonderful time, excellent service, the place amazing and the food amazing, I have the Lobster shrimp salad delicious!!!
I've been coming to JBs since it opened and never had such a poor experience as yesterday. After a brief 15 minute wait, it's another 15 minutes for the server to take our order and deliver cold drinks meant to be hot; one of which was spilt all over the serving plate. The corn chowder was bland and lackluster, The scallops were disgusting. I would highly reconsider spending my money and time at JB's when there are so many other options on the beach now.
Good food. Good atmosphere. We split our checks two ways and today I discovered he ran my credit card for both portions of the check. The manager was nice when I called. Asked me to call back tomorrow to speak with the bookkeeper. So assuming I get my charge reversed.. No harm I guess.
Best raw oysters anywhere-consistently! They pair perfectly with a cold, crisp glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
