Very poor customer service. We started a project with Bryant for a remodel of our home in Georgetown. It took forever for them to respond to emails/calls. The turn around time for a drawing took weeks. We gave a check in February and still have nothing to show for it. We expressed how we were discouraged and disappointed about how long it was taking. We received an email today stating that they could no longer complete our project. We still have nothing for the money we paid. I would not recommend them.

My husband and I worked with Bryant to design our dream home. Mr. Boyd worked with us to design the home of our dreams and yet keep it within our budget. We love our home! It is a true reflection of our style. Bryant also worked closely with us when we ran into problems with getting our plans approved by our homeowners association. Happy customer! Somewhat pricey, however with wonderful employees and quick service it feels like it was well worth the money. I'm going to absolutely use these people again.
