returned property in better condition than received. refused full return of security deposit claiming they did work to the property. this is low down sorry way to do business with the elderly.
Do not rent from this company. You will be a miserable tenant. They will find any reason to keep your deposit. They did not clean the house when we moved in. Are not good at communication.

I normally do not do reviews, but I felt compelled in this case to do so on this company for the properties being advertised as clean and “quality rental homes” (their words). This company took advantage of college students in desperate need of housing from the EF-3 tornado that devastated JSU campus. First of all, the staff treats you like you don’t pay your bills BEFORE they even know if you do. Secondly, they do not fix any repairs that you report. Thirdly, when I moved out I cleaned every single spot of the property (including oven and refrigerator), filled nail holes, and even showed the property for them. Although these things were done, I received $1.50 for my deposit! Here’s the kicker, this check was actually mailed to me. RecommendedI was a tenant of their for a year & although I felt rushed out at the end of my lease I would definitely consider renting from them again. Any issue with the apartment they were very attentive to with having someone in the same or next day. They take care of their tenants and represent what a business should, customers first.
