I was trying to rent a house from them,but they have a real bad customer service in there plus the personal is rude and racist they ask me for 2 or 3 paper to rent and at the end they want my taxes from last year really that is too much I was not buying a house only rent . Don't not go there the worse place in anniston to rent from and it was only to see the house.at first.

I rented a home from them and had a great experience. The few problems we had with the home were adressed in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been renting for about 6 yrs . They have always been very sweet to answers questions and fix anything I call about I had nothing but good things to say about this company. Love renting from them .

Horrible rental property! Pay me and don't worry about maintenance because we don't care!
