Communication was virtually non-existent—calls and emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, and I was constantly left in the dark regarding the status of my case. When I finally did get through, the responses were vague and unhelpful. Save yourself the stress and find a firm that actually prioritizes its clients and respects their time.
