I started receiving text messages from Dr Gray’s office in October that I was due for my annual eye exam. Starting in November the text messages told me I was passed due. Called made an appointment for today at 10 am just to find out that it’s only been 11 months and insurance won’t pay until March. No apology, only must be a glitch in the system. We can conduct the exam but no insurance. This is unacceptable!
