Neal and his team did a wonderful job of cleaning up our basement. We had old moldy carpet, wet/saturated walls and his crew was able to clean the whole basement in two days. They used Jackhammers and other tools to remove several inches of stucco that should not have been there. Neal was also wonderful about keeping me abreast throughout every step of the process. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job on restoring our basement for a very reasonable price!
This team was amazimg!!! I had a rug in my basement that was tricky. It was rug to cement so it didnt dry very well. The gentleman that came to first do it didnt know, wasnt his fault. So after talking to John and I explained the issue he came out to look at it himself!! They came back, re cleaned my rug, left dryers and a dehumidifier and now my rug is back to normal!!!! Amazing customer service and would reccomend to friends and family and businesses!! Happy mom of 4 kids who made my rug so dirty and now its cleaned!!!
I can't thank Mike McLaughlin enough for all he's done!! I live in different state and was only in town a few days to see the condition of my dads home before I could sell it. Unfortunately we had squatters and and I needed someone right away. Mike came to my rescue!! He cleaned the house and I can not thank him and his team enough!! Even being out of state he made me confident that he was on the job!! Thank you so much Mike and your team! I am forever thankful.

How hard is it for a costumer to get a call back? We have been waiting for months to start the repairs on the second bathroom yet we have heard nothing. We requested an updated estimate to submit to the insurance company, but your company hasn't been able to supple that ether. Is this normal business practices these days?
