When insurance denied a very needed surgery, Dr. Butler sent them an emergency-needed fax on my behalf and the surgery was authorized.
I thought Dr. Butler and his nurse, Barb were excellent. It's not easy delivering news that I didn't want to hear but he was informative, empathetic and I felt I was in good hands. Barb is also compassionate and very organized in relaying the information about how to get various pre surgical things done and working with my insurance company. I didn't get the surgery yet but I did feel better after my visit with them and moving forward, I feel well taken care of.
Dr. Butler performed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery on my shoulder in May. His explanation of the procedure was thorough and understandable. He answered all my questions putting me at ease and educated me on what to expect over the next six months. I would highly recommend Dr. Butler for your orthopedic procedure.
