Brandon was helpful. Jason was nice. We did feel a bit pressured to do this project out of fear of the worst (collapsed pipes). We had the worst case scenario… a tool that got stuck requiring opening our sealed basement to dig and bust the newly laid liner. Addison and his crew were great. Worked diligently to resolve the issue expeditiously. Now we await parts of the project outstanding (drywall repair and a trimmed sewer cap). J Blanton, please get your guys PPE and tools.
