Anthony Cashmore gave the best service. He kept his word on the jobs he completed. Dave was good along with Matthew. The rest of you all, along with management have dropped the ball!! I’ve been waiting over a month for a bathroom remodel. The Lead remodeler has not even called to let me know if and when I’ve been put on the schedule! I paid $10,000 up front in good faith and I’ve heard absolutely no communication as to when anything will get done! I called J. Blanton to help with my HVAC condensate line backing up periodically due to a clog. Price to rod the line was $480, which ended up being less than an hour of work. Considering I needed a plumber to come out ASAP, I swallowed the price because they were able to clear the clog. Why I’m giving them 2 stars: During the visit, I was quoted for a hot water heater, which didn’t need to be replaced.
