I worked with Judy Bias Realtor with Better Homes and Garden. Judy and her husband Francis Bias scammed me and my family by trying to repair damage in our family home themselves. Their repair company Power LLC. Has since dissolved their business. This has left me with an outstanding $25k loan with PHB Place LLC. Who is now trying to foreclose on my loan since Judy Bias my Realtor didnt do the repairs and my home couldn't pass inspection.
