I wrote a contract to buy a property through this RE co; the property failed inspection on over 60 issues! Then they held up my escrow return until I chased them down weeks later...! Called to talk to the owner-he wouldn't even return my call. Nice, right?? I wouldn't recommend this co to anyone.
