Overall a nice outdoor access facility, but over the last 1.75 years my rent has significantly up FIVE TIMES. When I moved in, I was paying around $70 a month. Slowly it went up and up by $20-30 each time. But now I got a 30 day notice that it’s increasing YET AGAIN and my new rate will be upwards of $185. Very unacceptable! I understand increases happen but over doubling the rate in under two years is just unsustainable. If you want to be able to count on a consistent rate, look elsewhere.

Maria and Chris are stellar! Maria was so helpful over the phone ensuring everything went smooth. Chris went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed to make sure my things were safe and secure. They both went above wand beyond for sure!
