Well my mother-in-law lives in the JB Milam building and the manger Mike is very unpredictable. I'm not allowed on the premises due to a couple complaints that were unwarranted and not investigated at all. I also have heard him speak rudely to the elderly unwarranted and seen with my own eyes a tax lady reviewing the books call Mike in for the way he speaks to the elderly tenants.
