Unprofessional AND dishonest! After doing my plumbing work, James (owner) renegged on the original price quote and raised the amount due 150%, which I disputed, and for which I was called a variety of profanities (f***er, son of a b**ch, etc.). After he withheld my house keys, I had two choices: pay them (he threatened to slander me and have his employees flyer my house) or have my locks change. I took the moral highroad and paid them off.
