Hired J&B about a year ago to do some work at my house. Oh boy, these guys have no idea what they are doing. First issue was I wanted an open concept. J&B told me I did not need an engineer and I did not need any permits, strike one. ** After performing the work, I hired a engineer after the fact to perform a peer review of the work. The conclusion from the engineer was that the beam that the contractor installed (mind you, he told me I DID NOT need a structural engineer) was undersized by 40%. Hired Luis and his team to remodel our bathroom. It is transformed! Very happy with the result. Luis is easy to work with and flexible when things come up. Highly recommend.
Hired Luis on April 25, 2022. Luis’s crew started painting the entire interior on May 2, 2022. His crew painted 3400 sq ft, including all interior doors, plus repaired & painted our back yard deck and refinished our hardwood floors in the kitchen & foyer.
