I have bought 3 ars from jb firearms . and the first ar had recycling problems and they said they couldn't help me . second bought a scope the insides turned they did replace it . third the second ar 15 polymer lower broke on one of the pin holders . now I was told at the time of purchase they 100% back up the new frontiers polymer lower if anything happens they will take care of me . no!!!!! Ah okay. When we had New Frontier lowers in stock New Frontier asked us to replace the lowers out of our stock and they would send us a replacement. We don't stock them anymore so I don't have anything to replace your lower with. What should have been explained was the most expedient way to get your lower fixed is to contact New Frontier directly. They should send you a call tag. By far the best gun store I have found in Portland. Good products and fair prices. Very friendly staff and great customer service which is super rare in Portland.
I've been into the shop a handful of times and must say that these guys are great. Knowledgeable and more than willing to talk guns all day, answer questions, give opinions and much more. Wish every gun shop was like this one. Love that the staff gives me attention regardless if I'm buying something or not.
A while back, I bought a lower parts kit that ended up including two rear take-down pins and no pivot pin. When I came in to mention the problem they corrected it quickly with no charge and no questions asked. They seem to have all of the parts you need on-hand. The quality of service is unbeatable, and the in-store selection is great (additionally, you can get just about anything you need ordered in for a good price).
