Great service from Vikki and team at J & B. Didn't feel like I was getting upsold on anything and the pricing/options were straightfoward with all the choices outlined clearly with benefits and drawbacks for each. The installers did a great job or removing the old carpet and pad laying down the new stuff. Vikki was incredible to work with. She did exactly what she promised, ahead of schedule, and with no suprises at the end. The communication was great. This company delivers a great service, at a lower price point than most. I would recommend J & B Carpets to anyone.
