Great service from Vikki and team at J & B. Didn't feel like I was getting upsold on anything and the pricing/options were straightfoward with all the choices outlined clearly with benefits and drawbacks for each. The installers did a great job or removing the old carpet and pad laying down the new stuff. Would recommend them for fast service (install within two days for me), fair pricing and a wide selection of carpets and other flooring options. Vikki was incredible to work with. She did exactly what she promised, ahead of schedule, and with no suprises at the end. The communication was great. This company delivers a great service, at a lower price point than most. I would recommend J & B Carpets to anyone.
If you are thinking of doing your floors, carpet or tile, I strongly recommend you reach out to Vikki at J&B Carpets. Their prices are incredible, the only pad they sell is an 8lb and we got the most beautiful, plush, well-made carpet. After shopping around and even considering Home Depot carpet install we found J&B and they are honest, knowledgeable and incredibly wonderful to work with. I really can't say enough good things.
