I worked with Steve Peckar of J&B for years as a shareholder in a motorcycle and industrial manufacturing company. We purchased an anchor store in a shopping center where J&B owned the remaining storefronts. J & B Building Management is truly exceptional. Their entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and honest — a rare combination in commercial real estate. Tamara, their accountant, is incredibly transparent with prorated NNN breakdowns and explains everything clearly. After dealing with landlords who hide fees or act unprofessionally, J & B feels like a breath of fresh air. They operate with integrity, fairness, and real transparency. Highly recommended

Matt Landes is as unprofessional as they come. They don't care if tenants violate the law and Matt seems to have comprehension issues when it comes to problem solving. Disrespectful and uncouth. Don't expect anything except headaches when dealing with or contacting this company.
