These people are amazing!! I dropped by in hope of some advice on my clutch/transmission when I was driving to Alberta from Vancouver Island. They were fully booked for the day but they took the time to listen to me and even took the car for a quick drive test. With that limited information, they gave me some advice and reassured me. Those guys were really kind and helpful and I am so grateful for their generosity! Would absolutely recommend
Lifesavers!!!! I foolishly drove my car from Vancouver to Squamish for a hike, despite knowing there was something wrong with it. I was scared to drive home again without knowing my car was safe. JB Autocare fit me in within 10 minutes of me calling them. They were working a busy day and they still made the time to investigate the issue with my car. Fast and honest service! Saved me over $2k in unnecessary replacement of parts. Got me scheduled on short notice and did the work in a timely manner. Will definitely use JB again in future.
Great service and communication. Had a ac compressor replacement and a pre roadtrip inspection there. Honest, fast and reasonable price.
Do not use. Not trust worthy. Brought in a truck for a pre purchase inspection that found some issues but nothing major. I then purchased the truck and paid them 3500$ to do repairs on the issues they found. Following this I brought the truck to another mechanic who found many significant issues. The 4 wheel drive was not working and this having not been spotted resulted in me getting stuck in the snow twice.
