TLDR: don't waste your time with Grace! I booked with her to get my haircut and requested layers, face framing, and curtain bangs. Not only did she push my original appointment back and not give me what I want (photo attached - just a straight cut across the bottom) she canceled my second appointment 10 minutes after I had already shown up... She saved my hair with a flawless correction, and I return regularly for touch ups. My blonde always looks bright, healthy, and beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone searching for the best blond specialist in LA.
I had a great experience at this salon with Cindy!! I wanted to go way shorter with my hair, to about a longer pixie length, and she new exactly how to shape it. She was lovely and my hair came out perfect!
