Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Vic sims and the good folks up there always treat me like family and stand by their word.
I've taken multiple vehicles in for various repairs and they have always been forward with me, sometimes costing me less than I originally anticipated.
Just putting this out there as a PSA for anyone who does or plans to do future business with J&M in Zebulon. So where do I even start.... I have been buying cars from J&M for years now. It has always been a great experience for me. From ordering exactly what I want or finding it at another dealer, J&M has always come through for me. David Stepp has taken great care of me every time. I will continue to do business here and highly recommend them to everyone.
Wonderful dealership to work with. You can tell they really care about their customers. I've never had any problems at all and have my car serviced through them regularly. Don't believe everything someone else says because there are always two sides to a story. They are awesome!
I bought a Chevy Impala from them, real nice guys over there and got a great deal. I will be seeing them on the next one.
