This is a rating based on how i was treated by Brandy and her staff BEFORE I even conducted any business on my repair. I try my best to support local, black, native and female businesses . But that doesn't mean everyone is worth doing business with just because of those factors. Brandy was personible, knowledgeable and pleasant. She let me know how she runs her shop, what her role is and how she and Bee (receptionist) take care of their customers. I wanted 2 years to post this review…My Lexus RX350L has been restored, All electronics has been reset and working accordingly. They even fight my insurance to install all original Lexus parts. Highly recommended.
I brought my car to fix the back bumper, the lights & have it repainted. I met Brandy at the front desk and she is very kind, helpful & friendly. I definitely recommend going to talk to her with your troubles.

I am so grateful to have found this place...communication was fantastic and very transparent with the quotes and services being provided and the turnaround timetable is truly unmatched in my previous experiences at other body shops.
