The beef is fantastic the owner is wonderful to work with I recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
I ordered a half a cow and loved all the cuts and the taste of the grassfeed is heavenly. Will not go back
Made taco style meat using ground beef from one of their beef boxes. Browned, then simmered with organic tomato paste and salt, pepper, and chili powder. Drained fat after initial browning, really wasn't too much, although I was comiyng two pounds of beef. AMAZING flavor, no comparison to supermarket beef. You can taste the quality, and it is so much healthier than industrial raised cows.
I have to give a huge thanks to these guys for helping out and sponsoring our son in his motocross. His bike is shot so they gave him a bike so he could finish the season. He had his best finish yet on the new bike. Great people and meat :) check them out
Great company that provides a real alternative to factory farmed beef. Excellent product and service. I would highly recommend!
