A great place for any occasion! – The food is of the highest quality and the staff is very knowledgeable about the food and drink. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere!
Used to be good but now a disaster – This place used to be good a few years back. The service that I knew a few years ago has gone downhill significantly. I had an issue with some service and asked to speak with a manager. Besides taking forever to speak with me, the manager was downright rude and unapologetic for her employees' behavior. J Alexanders Amazing steakhouse. Pricey, but good. Service is fast and food is always great. Usually too crowded to go on a Friday or Saturday, but going on the weekdays is calm.
Excellent food and service – There is a variety on their menu from burgers, pasta, fish to steaks. The food is excellent and always prepared to your specifications. So many good restaurants - why waste your time. – Food is average although J Alexander's thinks it is outstanding. This is overpriced for what it is. They do not take reservations and you can wait for an hour on Fridays. Once you get your table you expect the food to be worth your wait, but are let down. Don't waste your time on this one.
