I cannot recommend them at all for estate planning. My grandmother spoke very highly of Mr. Cox before her passing. That said, he’s the executor of her will and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with this office in her death. They normally don’t answer my calls, when they do answer - they don’t call back like they say they will, they don’t return emails, they didn’t respond to my letter, the only person in the will that seems to be able to get a response is someone I had to cut contact with.
