We used to rent a couple of apartments over the past 10 years that were managed by JA woods. I have nothing to say but good things!! They were awesome. Very responsive and professional. We never had any issues with the management company.
Kristian the book keeper and Eileen the assigned Property manager, are the most useless people at the Property Mangement. They literally do nothing but tell you to do it yourself. What am I paying for? They are stilling the associations money. Things go unrepaired or aren't put out to bid. Based on other reviews I'm trying to see how Tom the listed owner handles the situation. I have low expectations based on other reviews and the many fake reviews they have posted in the positive. Wish me luck.

not happy with them for our condo, i didn't think it could be worse then the group but it is.. no response from management ever and i have to chase them all the time and recently added a fee to pay online for their own portal. maybe this will get a reply.
