Abysmal customer service, these people were talking and chatting amongst themselves instead of changing my tire, took me two hours for a new tire. They also tried to trick me by giving me a smaller tire, but I caught them in the act, they thought I was stupid. They would have ruined my whole wheel alignment. The mechanic lost one of my bolts for the tire and spent easily 10 minutes looking for my missing bolt.
