He is a great doctor, takes the time to listen to everything you say. Never had an issues with cancellation without notice or trouble with getting my prescription filled.
I've had several primary care physicians throughout my journey to find the right fit, and I'm grateful to have finally found Dr. Ottaviano. He stands out as the best doctor I've ever had. Dr. Ottaviano truly listens and cares about his patients, taking the time to understand what impacts their quality of life. He’s dedicated to doing what’s right and consistently goes above and beyond. He’s truly one of the good ones.
They cancelled my appointment with no notice. The doctor “is accepting new patients but not accepting new patients”, whatever that means. They also had an excuse for not calling me to confirm they had cancelled, resulting in me driving to their office which is very far out of my way. The only reason I booked the appointment is because it showed online (and still does) that the doctor is accepting new patients. Do not fall into this trap and avoid making appointments here.
