Don’t move here to pike street apartments you will regret it
I stay at the pike st apartments on 12 s mill st through this company nice apartment but there’s no up keep with the cleaning and outside trash I’ve had to ask twice about it since moving here, the ladies in the office are nice so far, there’s only one maintenance person for the whole building, my apartment is under 500 sq ft, ran by a boiler system so you can’t control the heat, they offer ac units but charger 85 dollars per month, overall it seem like a nice starter apartment would be better if they had more maintenance or... read more
JA Homes LLC has done quite a few jobs for me and my family/business. They have done drywall, hanging TVs, installing toilets, repaint, fixing outdoor signs, fixing outdoor exterior holes, removing outdoor pests, repaired roof/ceilings, remodeled a WHOLE Bathroom and sooo much more. I have received many handyman services through JA Homes LLC and we've always been happy with their work. Very talented, clean, friendly staff that seem to be very experienced and knowledgeable. Had them do a little repairs, put down concrete for a new shed, assemble the new shed, new shelving in my garage, fix my main steps in my home, remodel and repair walls in my downstairs bathroom. All tasks were done perfectly and I am incredibly happy with their work and the results! thank you
