I had an excellent experience at J & A Castrol Lube express! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The oil change was quick but thorough, and they also checked my fluids, tire pressure, and filters as part of the service. I had been going to this place for the past 4 years, for the passed year all they had been doing is ripping me off, last repair I was charged $500 for a new radiator that I didn't even needed, was treated like crap by Adam, who basically wanted me to believe that he was doing me a favor, after me taking my car back for 3 times and not having the problem solved I hired an other mechanic who came to my place and fixed the overhead in 10 minutes, the problem was as simple as checking a hose that was clogged. So I came into get my oil changed…Mr.Alex told me my brakes needed to be replaced, my dad has always been a handyman and advised me to get a second option considering my car is a 2021. I went to the dealership and they told me my brakes did not need to be replaced, they said they were probably trying to scam me. Guess that what happens to most younger woman these days…

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Paid for an oil change, they left the cap off and the engine blew. This happened in October of 2023. I just got a partial refund from their insurance company this month April 2024. It cost over $11,000 to replace the engine I got less than $8,000.00. After months of the run around from the owner and back and forth with his insurance comapny, I was worn down and settled. Really needed my car back at this point.
