Excellent Furnace Service/ JA Bertsch We were very impressed, with the Service call for our oil furnace, by John. He was friendly, did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything he was doing, in an easy to understand manner. We plan on using the company again, when needed, and plan to ask for John to attend to our needs. Kudos also to the Office staff/Very friendly.
Estimate on a furnace problem We had called Bertsch heating to give us a second opinion regarding a problem we were having with our furnace. Blaine arrived at the time we were expecting him and was quickly able to provide us with an estimate for our repair. I would have no hesitation calling and requesting his assistance again.
