Found a Tesla car here that we really liked. Cameron did a great job explaining to me the history of the car. This gave me confidence to go ahead with the deal. Also Angela managed to get a great warranty deal. Bonus: while we were waiting to sign the papers, Cameron played card games with my kids so they don’t get bored, we had a great time here on a Sunday afternoon and would recommend this company to my friends. I came in to check out a Tesla listed online. After searching the lot and not seeing it, I went inside to ask the front desk. The guy there wasn’t friendly and simply said, “The salesperson is on the way right now.” So I waited in the lobby. After 15 minutes, I asked again if he could at least check if the car was even in stock so I wouldn’t be waiting for nothing. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I just bought a Tesla Model 3 from J&A Auto Sales in Bellevue and worked mainly with Connor and Angela. Connor, the salesman, was honest, down to earth, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Angela handled all the paperwork and was super professional, polite, and clear throughout.
