Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to review. I’m a loyal customer of Joanna’s for over 11 years and though I moved to Hawaii for 2+ years, I came right back to J2 upon returning. When Joanna was on maternity leave or vacation, Jon has happily jumped in and he’s excellent , too. They’re cut and color experts and care very much about your wishes. No egos.
