No Customer-Service Mindset. I came here because a friend recommended this shop and said the staff were friendly. That part was true — the employees were polite and professional. Unfortunately, the owner completely ruined the experience. I came in for an oil change and ended up waiting an unusually long time. Amazing service. I took my Tesla in for a body work, and the team was so kind and easy to work with. They did an excellent job and finished the repair in a very timely manner. My car looks perfect. Definitely a shop you can trust.
I recently was involved in a car accident and a close friend of mine referred me to J-1 Body & Auto repair. A few days later the owner son Andy called me to inform me that my car was ready for pick up. Once I arrived I was in shock and overwhelmed with joy and excitement.
