Great food and service.
Rude customer service. I keep trying to give this location a chance. The workers seem to know nothing about customer service. They barely put anything on your nachos. If you ask for more, they charge you without telling you in advance. They need to learn to communicate better to their customers. Every time I go they are rude.
The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had at this particular Izzo’s location. I’m also a regular here. It took at least 5min for someone to even acknowledge me…there was no line and 2 people dining in. Then as I was ordering my food, it was literally made wrong in front of my face…as I’m calling it out. Then as I check out, the lady who seemed to be the manager- blond haired lady, had the absolute worst attitude; didn’t even greet hello or goodbye, only gave me my price- that’s all….Terrible, Terrible experience. ... read more
